Those kinds of fares - I remember a bunch from BA not very long ago - are like the airfare equivalent of spam (junk e-mail).

In fact, "spam fares" is what they ought to be called.

Spam Fare: An airfare, particularly international, that appears to be a good bargain until hidden "surcharges", sometimes as much as the fare itself, are added when one tries to book a ticket.

I suggest FTs write to the DOT to complain about this criminal behavior of AA.

It is FC that has not updated the website yet.AA just changed the way they file the YQ.On their website the fare comes up inclusive of the YQ.
