Question AA: First MR for Exec and 2MM, 3 options found so far 12/8-12/11

I've done a bit of research, you guys absolutely rock. I need 10880 base miles which will put me Exec (for the first time) and over 2MM. My wife will make gold out of the deal, for the first time as well (gold challenge).

This is my first MR, and my wife and I are going to make a "vacation" of it. 12/8-12/11.

I've found 3 alternatives, I leave from SEA, wife leaves from DFW. I was wondering if there any other "destination" MRs out there that we could make a weekend out of it that are pretty cost effective (and don't have the every 2 hour stops in the US). I've never been to ireland, have been to munich (not FRA), so any advice as far as vacation-worthiness would also help for those of you that have done these things.

SEA-LAX-BOS-SNN-BOS-LAX-SEA (requires overnight in LA day1) ~$500
SEA-ORD-DUB-ORD-SEA ~$550
SEA-DFW-FRA-ORD-DFW-SEA - $600

TIA!

I would go to Ireland. It is cheapest and the BOS-SNN-BOS legs are on a 757. Because of this you can book into first class seats but pay economy price (you will get economy service, though). The only other places I can think of are to Asia, but that is usually expensive.
