ex-LON AF and AZ fare to PVG 350 EUR+tax.
AF ex-LON-PVG L class r/t for 235 GBP(approx. 350 EUR) + tax 121 GBP.
Approx 12,500 miles if minimum 500 miles rule applies.
Fare basis: LPRGB
Booking class: L
Min/Max stay: SU/1M
Openjaw: Permitted.
Stopover: Not permitted
---
AZ ex-LHR-PVG L class r/t for 237 GBP(approx. 353 EUR) + tax 74,80 GBP.
Approx 12,500 miles.
Fare basis: LPR6
Booking class: L
Min/Max stay: SU/1M
Openjaw: Permitted.
Stopover: Not permitted
---
Funny thing is...
If you fly with this AF fare, you'll only earn 25% of flight miles(AF L class) when you credit it on AF/KL FB. But if you fly with this AZ fare, you'll earn 100% of flight miles(AZ L class) on AF/KL FB.
It seems AF/KL FB don't want people fly on their metal.
Approx 12,500 miles if minimum 500 miles rule applies.

Old thread and OT (not really a mileage run, more like a mileage marathon) but I thought I'd take a stab at how well you could do on a mega-"MR" using an economy class LONE4 RTW originating in the UK. Using only airlines that give full mileage credit (so not BA, IB, QF, EI or CX - unless traveling on AA flight nos.) I came up with something like 66,000 q-miles in 20 segments, thus:
LGW-DFW-ANC-DFW-SJU-DFW-LAX-JFK-SCL-IPC-SCL-CCS-SCL-xJFK-NRT-SIN-HEL-TFS-HEL-TFS-MAN
for a price of US$ 3050 (around EUR 2500.) Lots of economy BISM, but if you're AA Plat (which you could challenge to and achieve on the way back from Alaska) it would yield a ton of spendable miles, plus sticker upgrades for AA legs in N. America. Works out around US$0.022 per RDM.
LA and AY both give 1-mi/mi (unlike 25% for BA and zilch for CX, etc.) so if you stick to AA, AY, LA or AA codeshares of the others (which you can set up when ticketing), then it's easy Plat, maybe a shot at EXP if you do some "normal human" travel during the year.
Note the TFS flights on AY are seasonal and all-coach, so not super comfy, but good long Euro legs.

Edit:
Somehow I got credited miles for IPC-SCL, I will recheck that mail I got from them when I can access my mail again, maybe IPC-SCL is considered international?
I quote the mail I received:
Our agreement with LAN excludes mileage credit for flights wholly within Chile on Economy class fares G, L, M, N, O, Q, S, V and flights wholly within Peru on Economy class fares N, O, G, Q. We are sorry to disappoint you.
