UA Premier Qualification Extension
I noticed that United Airlines is offering an extension to qualify for elite status. This looks like a great Christmas gift from United!!
Now through February 16, 2003 selected Mileage Plus members who are close to becoming an elite member or close to renewing elite status can continue to qualify for Elite status. During this special promotion, the miles and segments you travel between January 1, 2003 and March 31, 2003 will count towards Mileage Plus status in both 2003 and 2004 qualification periods. To enroll and register for $25 (USD), simply click on united.com/eliteextension, and login with your Mileage Plus number.
