When will UA load special fares for 03, esp BKK or SIN?

When will UA load special fares for 03, esp BKK or SIN?
I am looking at doing a trip to BKK and or SIN in early 2003. Last time I looked the deals were not posted. I was told the fares had not yet been loaded. When should this happen???

If I recall correctly they come up around the mid to end of November. I booked a NYC-SIN for early 2002 on 12/12/2002 for $698 base.
The current super cheap fares expire early December, so expect the next round should show shortly before then.
