ORD/ATL to Buenos Aires: $385 RT

AA and DL are having a spat...

ORD-EZE $375 on DL (U fare), $385 on AA (N fare)

ATL-EZE $385 on AA

Looks like you can do some creative routing on AA (as this is a MPM fare)

ATL-ORD-SPI-STL-JFK-EZE-MIA-ATL, for instance (thanks to 747 for his creative stops btwn ORD and STL)

Looks like others have joined in now, AA, UA, AR (Aerolineas Argeninas), LA (Lan Chile), DL for $385 from JFK. I don't see the ORD or ATL fares.

The following is in the fare rules (misc section) of travelocity but not expedia. What does it mean?

"NOTE - DELTA SKYMILE MILEAGE ACCURAL IS NOT PERMITTED ON THESE FARES."

It means that you will not earn Delta Skymiles.

It means they can keep their lousy, no-mileage-earning fare.

Like many special fares, these were only available for a few hours.

JFK-EZE is still $385, ($430-$460 with taxes). Too bad the CBAA code for American won't work with South American destinations.

JFK-BOS-ORD-MIA-EZE-MIA-BOS-JFK prices out at $462 for 26k miles, so not that great a deal of a run.
