Austrian Airlines has very cheap fare from Stockholm to Baltic capitals (Tallinn 1400 SEK R/T or Riga 1700 SEK R/T). Ideal for mileage run.

Best mileage run on SK for the moment is MHQ-TKU-ARN which is listed as low as 61$+taxes. MHQ-HEL is operated by Air Botnia(KF) and this gives you 2400 qualifying EuroBonus points per round trip.

Thanks for the welcome! Since I'm guessing you want to collect miles I should also mention that whereas it seems straightforward on Star RTW (you get full EuroBonus points, for example, for all airlines) it's a mess with Oneworld. For example, the Oneworld Explorer RTW in coach qualifies you for full AAdvantage miles on sectors you fly AA, AY, or LA. If you fly on IB you get 30% of flown miles, QF gives you 70%, CX and EI don't give you miles at all, and miles on BA is 0-100% depending on the sector flown as well as on your country of residence. This is off the top of my head, I may have got some of the details mixed up, but the bottom line is it's a mess.

I'm not sure I fully understand the question. What do you want the travel agent to do? Also, I probably don't know the answer anyway. I do most of my bookings directly with the airlines.
