Awesome fare. I wish I was going. My last time there was back in November.
I always take the Q70 to the Roosevelt subway station. The buses run every 10 minutes or so during peak times, and then it's an easy subway ride into manhattan. I think it usally takes me about 45 mins approx.

It's the Q70-SBS (Select Bus Service) bus that runs express from LGA to the Jackson Heights/Roosevelt Avenue subway station. SBS buses require that you pay before boarding (unless you are paying contactlessly) and retain your payment receipt until you get off the bus. More information here:

ill take the bus and subway at least 1 way. If I don’t like it then Uber.
what hotels or neighborhood are you staying in if you don’t mind us asking ?
im staying at millennium Hilton downtown because it’s near one world trade and tribeca . Also Hilton UN plaza nyc because I want to be near the upper east side.

You will find more hotel options in Midtown than on the Upper West Side.
For pizza by the slice in Manhattan, I highly recommend New York Pizza Suprema, on Eighth Avenue between 30th and 31st streets. It was my go-to place when I worked in Manhattan. Here's a recent blog post about it:
