LAX to Vancouver for $66 one-way. Lots of dates available through end of schedule. Search by flexible dates on United.com. Returns from $93.

LAX-BLI has been running for years, not exactly a competition unless you live in White Rock area, as the drive and border crossing can get very exhausting at peak hours.
WS has had some 120USD rt in the past during certain sales.

Seeing some dates with $66 ow but none with $93 rt. That price seems unbelievable considering all the taxes/fees out of Canada

The lowest I can find is $101 CA (about $76 US) for OW.

$66 is one-way from LAX-YVR. $93 is one-way for YVR-LAX. Search by flexible dates on United.com to find them

Lowest I'm seeing is $103 CAD (~$104 USD) for YVR-LAX
and $87 USD for LAX-YVR, very limited avaiblity. (2 dates in Jan, 1 date in Feb, none in Mar-Apr, 4 dates in May, 9 dates in Jun)
