TP : SFO > LGW from $127 USD OW

Spotted on Google flights (scattered availability in Nov/Dec):

SFO > LGW - $127 [Google Flights]:

Hope this provides marginal value.

Safe Travels,

James

I don't fly economy these days, but that sounds really cheap and a nice find.

A good price but O class will only earn 10% RDM on a few airlines.

Yesterday I bought LAX-LHR on Virgin for 128 EUR, If this were available on the date I wanted in March I would have booked TAP instead.

You need to apply 100 miles to get the $114 price. Not everyone has those 100 miles.

They give you free miles for signing up to their program, and they even let you have a negative miles balance (as I do).

And I'm guessing you can switch over the FF number after the flight is ticketed and/or during OLCI?

To keep it simple just book through one of the online travel agents.

Priced through skyscanner

Or if you want to pay in Euros, switch to a European skyscanner site (this one is from the Malta site, and works out even cheaper! - 99.62 EUR=110.41 USD)
.

FYI this fare seems to book into an O fare code:

Per WhereToCredit, the accrual varies between a low of 0% on UA to a high of 25% on LH Group's Mile & Smore! Hence, the maximum attainable miles here if I've done my maths correctly is 1659 based on the 25% accrual rate. Based on the $110 USD fare posted upthread, the CPM value on this would then be about 6 cents. If anyone has some time I'd be hear what can be done to enhance the milage accrual on this fare for those strictly interested in the MR part (and not the visiting London).

Safe Travels,

James

I did not try that as the cheap fare bucket credited 0% to almost all programs, but I assume you can change at check-in (don't see why not).

It's also possible to depart from CDG for $176 USD on Norwegian one-way which may make sense depending on what you're trying to gain out of the trip. There are also several deals currently being posted (namely with *A ex-CDG in J) on FlyerTalk from Europe where this positioning flight could really make a difference
