FYI this fare seems to book into an O fare code:
Per WhereToCredit, the accrual varies between a low of 0% on UA to a high of 25% on LH Group's Mile & Smore! Hence, the maximum attainable miles here if I've done my maths correctly is 1659 based on the 25% accrual rate. Based on the $110 USD fare posted upthread, the CPM value on this would then be about 6 cents. If anyone has some time I'd be hear what can be done to enhance the milage accrual on this fare for those strictly interested in the MR part (and not the visiting London).
