Availability in May and June for $233 CAD roundtrip. Cheapest non-stop fare I've seen between Toronto and Mexico.

Good fare, but it wouldn't be a mileage run as they have no mileage partners (except AA on AA codeshares only). Likely belongs in the good deals thread.

Partners are not a prerequisite for an MR. They have their own program, so it's perfectly valid as a mileage run
