UA/AC/LH - KOA-FCO/CDG (Hawaii-Italy/Paris) $560+ r/t, Y
I see some ridiculous deals via UA and AC on Google Flights; KOA (Big Island, Hawaii) -> FCO or CDG, various dates March-April 2019, for around $560-580 r/t
Flights appear to be bookable at UA.com
Also seems to be a lot of GREAT deals (not necessarily mileage runs though) from KOA. e.g. end of October, o/w KOA-YVR for $104 with Westjet.

Use the 'explore' tool, choose 1 week trip in the next 6 months. Tons of dates

Fares also seem to show from HNL. See a few trips in early December from Hawaii->Paris, Germany, Italy etc for circa $560 r/t.

Yeah changed to 7 day stay and that shows tons of fares, sucks about the minimum stay requirement that would have been a sweet MR
