As of November 1, 2017, travel on any flights marketed by Iberia and operated by Iberia for LEVEL (IB2600 – IB2699) aren't eligible for AAdvantage mileage accrual.

Thus, not a MR. Maybe a positioning flight but nothing more.

AA accrual does not define whether it's an MR or not. You can earn Avios.

Perhaps not -- looks like only iberia miles, as I read BA and IB sites. I'm not an avio earner, so at least use caution...
