AA has round trip fares NYC-LIH for $387 in mid-July. Some same day or one-day turns available. Also 2 or 3 days, with some fares at $440. Mostly LGA departures, some JFK. Limited availability. Regular economy. Found on GF and aa.com.

I thought this was a new thread and couldn't find any fares for July 2019 :D

However there are still some good fares to be found in Sept 18 or on Nov 29, Dec 3 and 6.
