UA/LH: EWR-KEF-FRA-GVA-EWR ($331.11 AI) Day Trips
Departure dates look to be available on September 8, 2018 (Saturday) and September 9, 2018 (Sunday) only.

2 red-eye flights to Europe and intra-Europe, so one would get one full day on the ground in Reyjavik (September 9/10) + one full day on the ground in Frankfurt (September 10/11), and then overnight in Geneva before returning to the US on either September 11 or 12.

Bookable on UA. Operated by UA (EWR-KEF + GVA-EWR) and LH (KEF-FRA + FRA-GVA):

This is a NYC-KEF roundtrip fare, so you
(1) can route via continental Europe in both directions
(2) can stay in KEF as long as you like
(3) must transit Europe with <24h connections

Getting error when I try to book this.
Edit: Spoke with a lovely agent and she manually constructed this fare for me segment by segment and now it’s booked. Great find 🙃

Am I correct when trying to figure out the CPM for Air Canada - that this fare will get 2,323 miles and of ~10cpm??

no, you can do a free stopover in LIS/OPO

I can get this KNA53NCT $38 fare, but $320YQ is tacked on which makes it moot ($525 AI). OP had a $128YQ

UA still showing 5 seats available for the Sun - Tues trip.. but I continue to get the error notice on UA.com. Suggestions?

I would HUACA. I got lucky and my first call had an excellent agent do it manually. I got error messages as well so I had to call in. Took her about 25 minutes as she had me wait on the phone for LH to confirm there segments.

This Fare is around since a couple of month , booked myself on that route as a oneway (W-class ) BWI-IAH-EWR-FRA-KEF ....price as a oneway in K class 226$ or in W (upgd poss into R) incl all Taxes 360$
Not sure if its still bookable as a oneway but late April / early May it was via PL etc.

interesting fare. can't get it to price with a stopover in lisbon though. not having any luck with matrix to pull up LIS/OPO layovers.

anyone else able to do this? the Lisbon fare up top is now 800+.
