Br/nh jfk/lax -> bkk - $598/$675
Came across this Bangkok fare recently with availability in the Fall months...
From LAX on NH for $598 [~3.5 CPM]:

From JFK on BR for $675 [~3.6. CPM]:

NH flight should credit 100% milage to UA whereas I'm less certain on the BR side (you'd want to check on specific dates). Not the greatest fare deal but not a bad way to rack up the qualifying miles before the rat race that is 2018 ends.
