DL East Coast and Midwest as low as $352 to OGG

East Coast? There’s a ground breaking sale on right now from quite a few East Coast cities, many of which never see flight deals to Hawaii under $500, let alone $350! What are you waiting for.

Delta is finally answering the calls of everyone on the East Coast feeling left out by all the West Coast deals to Hawaii. There are spectacular deals from New York, Chicago and Washington DC – with solid options from other cities as well. Hawaii is such a perfect destination, we don’t even need to boast on and on about its lush jungles, endless beaches, laid back culture or stunning resorts. You know that stuff already

These deals are available during a wide range of dates, giving you plenty of options in 2018 and 2019. You can travel in April, May or early June of 2018, or later in the year from August through mid December 2018. The deals pick up again in-in late December and run through March 2019! Not every single date will be available, but if you use these Google Flights deal tricks, you’ll find the best prices with ease. But don’t worry, we’ve made you easy to use links anyway.
These deals are incredibly easy to book. You’ll have a wide choice of potential dates this year or next, and can book directly with the Delta to ensure the best customer service experience. Here are the best round trip deals from: New York, Washington DC and Chicago. Simply play with dates to fit your needs and book. We recommend trying to book extra legroom seats or Comfort+, since you’re bagging such great savings. Note: if the flight deals no longer come out in the $300s after searching, the flash sale has expired. Gotta be fast! Enjoy, Hawaii!

I tried ORD/OGG in 11/2018 and 1/2019 on ITA and got prices as low as $352. I did not try any others yet. Good luck
This is a E code price but still worth looking at.

You cannot select any seats until check in on BASIC ECONOMY fares. To get into main cabin and select seat, the fare triples. Just buyer beware for anyone out there - good deal for the dates, but you will be playing roulette with your seats.

GREAT fare! Just booked a few for next winter getaway from NYC to LIH for $350. Saw IAD for the $340s. DL is the only basic economy I could live with, and for that price, I will

As of 1:30 p.m. just disappeared and back up over $1k

I tried to get in on this but our travel is as a family with little kids and there's no way I could risk not having seat assignments. I've never seen such a huge discrepancy between basic and main cabin. Fare's gone now anyway but I kept hoping Main would show up $100 or something reasonable instead of triple.

Yeah, that was my problem with it. triple for economy?? NO THANKS. I think we're going to see this more often with DL medallions getting Delta One upgrades. Will be interesting to see how that shakes out. But I agree, not having seats with kids would be nerve wracking. One thing I've done with Hawaii is JFK-SFO/SEA/SJC, then connect from there. I know its hard on little ones but usually can save some money with some creative routing.

This was a one-off attack fare on UA hubs that was only filed for a short period of time. They didn't bother to file any corresponding main cabin (or C+) fares for this basic economy fare which is why there was such a big fare jump when going main cabin (you had to book into one of the existing already filed main cabin fares). It was pulled fairly shortly -- so either UA got the message or DL gave up. I suspect this was aimed at a UA SEA-Hawaii fare that is basically identically priced. The fare is still out there, so I think DL just gave up as UA didn't seem to give in. I wouldn't take this fare as any kind of harbinger of things to come.
