Question SQ has a better fare

Err, SQ has this @ $701 for same dates. IMO, SQ is much better than AC Tango.
Please explain why any FT would willingly transit LAS/YVR & volunteer to fly Tango?

If one wants a crazy routing, you can get price down to less than $500.
https://www.google.com/flights#flt=L...521*.USD.49521

or this less crazy, just one stop at XMN

SQ certainly much better, but I usually find that the low end fares (despite them not going nearly as low as other carriers) credit anywhere. Now in this case, saving $150 and getting the better carrier, I'd sacrifice the miles, but if the price were the same, I'd have to do some digging about the fare classes and would maybe land on AC.

Trust me, I share MOST of your sentiment, but the SQ fare has a mileage credit of 0 for most programs. This is the mileage run forum.

That being said, this is a crap mileage run. We're looking at 6.8 cpm on this run.

I completely agree. Leave SQ out of the equation. This is a poor mileage run on its own.
