AC & CX - Western Canada to HKG for $679 CAD
Another great Asia deal spotted on flights:

Will earn 100% PQM on UA - can't comment on AC until they release their program in 2020.

CX Clearly Not the Best Deal
CX flight books into O which will earn some milage on AS (25%) and AY (50%) per WhereToCredit.
That being said it looks like the AC one is the one to book if you want to max miles (books into K which will earn 100% PQM on UA, and 50% RDM on many *A airlines).

I bought a YVR-HKG // PEK-YVR all AC direct for $597 CAD. It wasn't really MR worthy, but a good deal nonetheless. Didn't require any CX legs or anything. I was gonna buy one of the HGH UA fares, but couldn't get them cheap enough without having ex-USA and return-YVR or something. This way I can park for free at YVR and fly in/out of there. Used some miles/cash to make it a trip around South East Asia and Beijing which I was wanting to do.
