StarAlliance (2018 fares): PHX-HKG for ~3.21CPM (DFW too)
Found by a coworker: PHX-SFO-HKG r/t for $487 on UA/ANA. I calculate it at 15,156 or 3.21cpm
If you aren't worried about getting the PQD by the end of 2018, you can start strong!
The CPM changes from DFW but there are sub-$500 fares from that airport too.

Still shows on some dates on Google Flights but when you select flights it already reprices.
