The fare allows you to travel on the island hopper (UA132/133) westbound and/or eastbound. HKG or MNL are both possible turnarounds and the fare is combinable with NH either way.

Who are going for this run?

UA132

I am sorry but the IATA code "SAN" is San Diego not San Francisco. Thanks!

Layover

Anyone know if there's any way to have an extended layover in PNI or TKK or MAJ?

Trying to see if a westbound island hopper can be had in similar price.

Strange fare. Looks like you have to do an immediate turnaround to get the fare.

Yup. Otherwise it goes up by an inordinate amount. Also one of those fares where flying more (from LAX for $442) is better than flying less (from SFO for $706). Tempting nonetheless, just to experience the Island Hopper.

You can do PVG-GUM-HNL-LAX with the Island Hopper for $319. Return, LAX-PVG for $566 at a later date. Lots of possibilities!

Depends on the weather and approach patterns. I sat on the left side and got some good views on most of the islands, although since you're flying west-ish in the northern hemisphere, you'll have the sun exposure on the left. Recommend that you check the flight history about two to four weeks before your flight to see how the recent takeoff and landing patterns have been going and make your decision that way.

The consensus is that A seats are best on the westbound island hopper which would mean F seats are the ones you should go for for this Eastbound one:
