CA: BCN - TPE/BKK/HKG/KUL/MNL/TYO premium economy 576 GBP - 637 GBP
Books into E class on the long haul leg; E/Y on intra Asia segments
Also available from VIE but prices are slightly higher and less availability.
Prices are directly from Air China website, GF is showing expedia prices
Allegedly code ESSAVE20 knocks off further 20 euros when booking on Spanish airchina website but it didn't work for me.
TPE 576 GBP

Just a heads-up... I flew the Airbus 330 from BCN to VIE last year, PE was just the bulkhead room of coach. It seemed the seats were identical.
Service seemed to include a PDB but not much of a difference with Y.

Just to add more information. PE on Air China is not great, especially on A330 fleet. PE on A330 fleet consist 2 rows of ordinary Y seats but larger legroom. The cabin divider is a curtain.
The PE on B789 is a separate cabin with comfortable seating. But essentially these are the same seats of Y with 37-38 inches legroom in a mini-cabin.
There are rumours that A350 will come with a proper PE cabin.
If you are not chasing the miles there is not much points of PE on A330 operated flight. B789 operated flight would at least provide a better feelings overall.
The only extra on PE are guaranteed blanket, sleepers, hot towel service on departure. Food is the same of Y.
