its not gone there are still different dates available
this one has a CX flight instead of JL and is $466

(requires a one way, from BKK - SIN, very tight connections, but still a good deal.)

FYI, this fare (and similar versions of it) has been around for a while. It doesn't have to be an OJ. Just needs to have a minimum 12 hour turn. It will work to many destinations in Asia, provided that the TPAC flights are on AA metal and Mon-Thu. Intra Asia travel needs to be on CX, JL, MH, etc.
It works from ORD and other cities as well. Currently good through early December. Not a ton of availability (at super low prices) any more.
Seems to be somewhat less expensive as an OJ though BKK for whatever reason.
