K class wide open availability; Mon-Thurs transpac legs; min stay 5-6 days.

Many of us will book a trip for miles, but then actually spend a few days enjoying the destination - and HKG is certainly an interesting enough place to justify the longer stay, especially if you also visit Macau or Shenzhen.

Great fare, OP - Delta was offering similar pricing on this route a few days ago but it went away, so this may cause them to re-match the fare again. I think this is being driven by Hong Kong Airlines' presence on YVR-HKG...

Others of us will try to "nest" another trip inside one of these....

For the Newbies, from the Glossary: "Booking an itinerary between two cities and then booking one or more itineraries between the same cities that are "nested" between the original departure and return dates in order to achieve cost savings"

Do you have example dates as I am unable to see this. Seeing that AA has sub $600 fares.

Deals like this rarely last a week, most likely Deal Gone.

And yes, I too am not seeing low fares anymore.
