China Eastern | One-Way from SFO to MANY Asian Cities | Starting at $250

I am finding a lot of cheap one way tickets on China Eastern. Wish I could jump on some of them, but it won't work for us.

All departing SFO.

Haven't done any research on getting back, but if you have jut enough points/ miles for a one way back to the US, you could make this an awesome trip!

Looks like they are just offering one way at close to RT price. For example SFO-Chiang Mai is $498 RT (though stinky connections)

9/9 - 9/14

Thank you. I had to change a flight from the JFK deal and this worked perfectly. FYI, it's the same fare basis.

These fares are a steal and also quite flexible.

$80 for changes, $160 for a full refund.

Glad you can use it. I wish I could but my wife is due in January and we shouldn't be traveling to Asia in these windows!

Is there any way to get these prices on Delta (006) ticket stock, or does it have to be bought directly or via a travel agent?

I don't think you can but why would you want a 006 stock?

plus if something gets fouled up while in transit (e.g. IRROPS), it'd be good to have an additional outlet of help (e.g. the Medallion phone lines) to get the traveler out of a jam.

While true you always earn 100% mqds if booked on Delta stock. This is not the case for all partner airlines and for all fare classes. So I usually have Delta issue many partner fares on their stock when possible.

You realize you usually earn MQDs even more on non-Delta stock since it's based on distance right

Just flew something similar from LAX - PVG - SGN. Earned about $1700 MQD for a flight that was about $600. You are much better off if these aren't on Delta tickets. MQD and MQMs posted about 3 days about the leg. Wasn't too hard to add SkyMiles number at airport to get Sky Priority + Lounge Benefits.

Indeed, particularly relevant on fares like these. 100% MQD is a paltry number on these fares but the distance is pretty far.
