Was looking for some cheap airfares from Europe and stumbled upon this: https://goo.gl/flights/YTq3
A380 to LA and a B777 on the way back. At 13,258 MQMs, the CPM comes to 2.77. While this doesn't help those who haven't met the MQD threshold, I'm sure there are some who just need the extra MQMs. You can do this trip around Thanksgiving time, but plenty of dates in October, November and December mid-week.
