Happy 2017!

Please use this thread to post or to follow Economy Fares which are 'Good Deals' but where the cost per mile is more than 3-4 cents per mile, which is the usual upper limit for what is considered a true 'MR Deal'.

A few requests for posting in the thread:

When posting 'Good deals' fares: please post the city pairs/airport codes and pricing in the body of the post and not just in the post title as it isn't visible for those reading it on mobile devices.
Note that you can subscribe to this thread: go to "Thread Tools" at the top of the thread and click on "Subscribe to this thread".
This is not a fare request thread. Any fare requests will be deleted.
This is not a how to book a fare thread.

Seeing these again today (AMS, PAR, MAD, LON), same pricing...limited availability on ST only. Spotty availability Mar, Apr, early May, late Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov

19 hours each way

Puq-Mpn normally costs $600+ on its own

DEN - AMS in early June 2017 sub $450. One World, SkyTeam, StarAlliance and OneWorld. I snagged three tickets for $433/ea. on Delta/Alaska.

SEA-MAN on AA comes in around $598 RT. Can be routed through ORD or JFK for 767 or PHL for A330 among many other routings. I was able to get my wife this fare and confirm SWUs to business. Was cheapest west coast to EU I could find without a fuel dump... a steal for confirmed business class on a lie flat.

Easiest way to price out was looking at their website to find half round trip prices and then using google flights to book

SEA-SYD is for the time-rich only (or maybe people with family in Xiamen or Shenzhen), layovers of a day or two each way

Indeed ...... IME it's cheaper to connect in NRT than to terminate there, though I've only been checking UA prices since NW and CO divorced.
