Seems like a great price and being from YVR it's a quick drive...too bad it's a 0% earner on Aeroplan.

Quick question, despite this not being the place I do want to make sure of something...even if a flight is a 0% earner, all of my star gold benefits would apply right?

Im seeing $463 on China Eastern in Sept 3-17 and that's from YVR -SGN

Looks like it's a Q fare which does not earn MQM on Delta

Next year when I'm no status, I'll try MU/CZ or someone from YVR that's stupid cheap but for now I might as well still to mileage earning flights within Star Alliance so at least I can continue to visit the lounges and bypass lines.
