Smile BRUSSELS AIRLINES: NYC - SOF $268 RTN over Xmas

Definitely bookable for a trip to Sofia, Bulgaria over Xmas for only $268. I can't tell what booking class this ticket falls into but if it is a mileage earning ticket then it can accrued to Lufthansa.

Just 50 minutes ago the idiots at SF claimed "We just found" this fare. They're calling it "our error fare".

I wish somebody would shut that website down.

Good on you for not calling it an "error fare" like the growing numbers of naive bloggers.

My guess would be SN-K and FB-Q.. but YMMV. I can't get it to price on anything that shows fare class?

I could technically DoS them, but what's the point? I'd love if we prevent them from having the same sources as we do.

Lol I just went on there to see what kind of description they give, etc.

The header says "The deals nobody else knows about."

Are Bulgaria Air miles worthless? Any program I can credit them to? Hate to throw away miles!

Yeah, this isn't a "self-dump" like they're calling it. The taxes are double the base fare. It's all blogger marketing. By saying something is an error, people are more anxious to book, which means using the blogger's link and generating revenue as a result. Personally, I'm fine with the various blogs. They often have more variety than what's on here, but if they don't find it on their own, give credit where credit is due.

Only their own FFP. BRU-SOF in Q earns 500 points, so 1k rt.

Here's their Spend miles page: https://www.air.bg/en/use-points

They are pretty much useless unless you are truly a FF with them.

It is a fact the fast majority of their readers/followers are clueless lacs who have no idea what FT is.

And I thought I was overreacting when I get irritated by the clickbait, worthless, reposted garbage articles on the FT front page!
