Brilliant! $540 for me and my kid. Was worried about being able to get to Tokyo for her Shichi Go San ceremony AND we get to visit friends in Madrid as a bonus.

Thank you! I'm delighted.

Sounds about right. But the return to Brussels will make your price jump by at least 200.

If someone changed their mind, tickets can be cancelled during 24h if they are on Iberia and BA operated flights. There's 30 euro fee for it.

? You were able to book via many OTAs or even directly on IB.

I think it was fixed. 300 euro fuel surcharge added.

I booked with Ebookers once I realised that it was £70 cheaper (for two tickets, same flights) than with IB directly. The money difference has been spent on the tickets needed to get back to London.
Just need to wait a couple of months for the pair of Eurostar rail tickets from London to BRU to be released for sale and we're done.

Any chance of this not being honored by IB?

AND Cancelled!

I just received an email from the OTA and they have cancelled the reservation. I can confirm that the booking code no longer works on the Iberia or BA pages.

Searching now on IB, prices are coming in at around €500 rt. Some OTAs show lower prices still, but continuing to the linked booking sites, the tickets reprice.

So sad...

Did they give you a reason?

Mine are still holding.

---
The IB website is now showing £677 for an adult and child (on BA metal). That's not a huge amount more than the £450 their IB routed itinerary was being sold for earlier today.

The email that I received is fairly generic:

Thank you for your booking request ######## / XXXXX#.

Sorry, your requested flight connections can not be confirmed. The booking request has therefore been canceled.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
LapLap - Did you buy direct or through an OTA?

Through an OTA, but I did get flight confirmation from them (took 45 minutes) and ticket numbers.
I only posted here once I got them.

I've a booking and still 50h or so to complete the purchase... I have a PNR I can see on Checkmytrip and even tickets numbers... let see what happens when I complete the payment this afternoon.

Anyone received any comunications from IB for tickets bought on their website?
