Please use this thread to post or to follow Economy Fares which are 'Good Deals' but where the cost per mile is more than 3-4 cents per mile, which is the usual upper limit for what is considered a true 'MR Deal'.

AA, UA, and DL are all offering excellent fares ($650-700) from RDU-Tokyo (both NRT and HND) with two stopovers. That's roughly 15,000 miles at 4.3-4.6 cpm. Here is just one of many possibilities, found on Google Flights:

First time posting some research results! continuing on the frenzy of UA/NH OJ Asia routes a while back. (or it just never disappeared?)
UA has got 443-447 USD
LAX-PVG/PEK OJ CGK-NRT-LAX
in April, with 15555EQM, clocking in at about 2.85cpm if I am not mistaken.

more realistically, PVG/PEK-CGK on LCC is about 160, so it should be 3.8cpm. closer OJ routes also works like departing from TPE on the way back for 510. also works for most other US cities sub or around $500. MIA, LGA, IAH, SFO, PHX, BOS, etc, etc, sometimes works better as double OJ. of course you can route it via SFO, ORD, EWR and so on for more miles since the sample is a direct flight.
Visa should not be an issue if you have a LCC flight to CGK that departs for KUL at 1:30am? (hope I am right)

I'm seeing NH from JFK-NRT-HKG-NRT-JFK on a variety of dates between tomorrow and May 10 for $562. That's 17,173 miles at 3.2 cpm.
