AA: BRU-PHL / PHL-FRA $445 4.7cpm
This originates in Europe, but I found $445 dates for March with a return in September for a nested trip. This seems to be widely available.
Orbitz prices this out as $445 as a BA codeshare flight.

Most of the fares were valid til 30th of november. On first of december AA reduced its fares from Brussels to the USA routing through PHL, and then partly matched by KLM. (supposely AA was first)

The easiest way to book is directly with AA.com, this offer is valid from BRU/LIM/BRU which will route via PHL and DFW (the 470USD fare doesn't allow via MIA or make any stop on your itinerary) You can view the calendar of lower prices as long as you do a rountrip BRU/LIM/BRU. I booked one with 5 days prior to depart and paid 467USD. Now, the airplane from BRU/PHL is empty...a 757 with maybe 40 pax so no wonder they are going down with the fares...on the way back from LIM the same...almost empty flight from PHL/BRU.
