UA: LAX-SJU $367 > 7,879 EQM > 4.7 cpm

Just booked:
Out Dec. 7th thru ORD
approx. 10 hrs in SJU
Return Dec. 8th thru EWR

Looking for last minute MR's and this seems to be reasonable. I haven't posted much so if I missed something please let me know. Hope this helps someone. Thanks all.

Did this run twice two years ago, both times thru EWR. Keep in mind that now LAX-EWR and vv are ps so there is no shot of a CPU. Back then it was going for ~$252 and I did get some upgrades.

I just did ORD-SJU-EWR-ORD last week in a single day. Cost was $327 and 4399 PQM
Not as good as yours but for a 1 day trip i couldn't find many other options... I have the same flight coming up again dec 9. And that should let me cross 75K PQM :)

The one day options are nice. The less I'm tied up in the air, the more I can work. Days off work greatly effect my trip cost.

Congrats on 75K! Maybe one day I'll be there but I seem to be taking steps backwards at the moment.

Thought about getting out for a few hours in SJU. Any experience?

I'm still expanding my FT shorthand. Would you please enlighten/elaborate on "vv" and "ps?" Thank you.

I thought the upgrade would be a long shot. I'll be fine in 21A, hopefully. Business First would be nice though.

PS is United's Premium Service for transcon flights between EWR and LAX/SFO.

vv is just "vice versa" meaning it is in both directions.

p.s. is the UA's premium service offered EWR-LAX/SFO, no CPUs, only instrument upgrades (RPU, GPU) or miles.

vv: "vice versa", in the above context "each way".
