I see starting as early as tomorrow. They must be desperate to fill that plane.

L fare. Works out to about 3.6 CPM if going with ConnectMiles. 3-night minimum stay and the flight takes care of the first one.

I'd jump on it myself but just got back from PTY this week and with the flu.

The flight just started yesterday so I'm not surprised they wanna fill er up now.

I just REALLY hope this flight lines up price-wise later on. Flying YVR-SFO-PTY-MDE is much more appealing than YVR-IAH-BOG-MDE or YVR-YYZ-BOG-MDE. But YVR-LAX-PTY-MDE has never really shown up as an option within a reasonable price range so I'm not optimistic.

Cuz SFO-PTY does nothing for me by itself. Even YVR-SFO-PTY I'd love, cuz I've never had a chance to go to Panama outside the airport. But usually once you add that positioning flight it becomes too pricey.

Works also reverse PTY-SFO for $ 252.
Almost all US destinations are on sale ex PTY for about $ 277

I think I am all over this...
Should I be concerned that this is the rainy season?

I am living here in PTY and yes, it's the rainy season but it's not like the monsoon. Rain will last a couple of hours max, mainly after lunch time.
Main problem is the high humidity, which make the weather quite unconfortable.
For this price in any case it's a real deal and I don't see you will see it in the future. In any case it's not a matter of desperately selling the tickets, it's just a global sale CM is making. Never saw in the last couple of years all US destinations at 277 usd ex PTY...

You'll be fine as long as you can head back to your hotel every hour for dry underpants. Seriously.

Cm has no fuel surcharge, it was just a good bf. You can see ORD-PTY still available for $ 330, and no fuel surcharge is there, as usual.

Yeah, these Copa deals are definitely coming off. ORD-PTY was $331 last night for now into December, now $533. Missed out, unfortunately/

For those who got in on this deal from SFO, don't forget to register for Copa's new destinations ConnectMiles promotion to get an extra 1,000 miles for your trip.
