JNB/GVA/BCN/OPO/ZRH/etc-NRT 13k-18k mi, $420-$663 ai 3.4-3.9cpm, multiple airlines

This deal seems to be available mostly with Turkish Airlines but there are also some of the routes to NRT on Qatar airways, Air China and British Airways.

For JNB:
It routes through Doha, the JNB-DOH & DOH-JNB legs are on a dreamliner ^

O class fare

Seems it will only get 25% mileage accrual on AA but 100% on LAN. This could be a chance to do some interesting flight nesting with other deals from/to JNB.

Example 10/13-21

Can go from CDG on Air France for $590. Or from BCN for $569 on Air China.

If there's a BA itin, shouldn't it give 100% miles to AA?

Also, this means that LAN flights in O class will earn 100% on QR.

I am struggling to find any 420usd routes/dates.

Your example links to the cheapest option being 666usd. Same price if I search for other dates on the same routing.

What/where is the 420usd coming from?

Try GVA/ZRH/WAW/BUD-NRT on Skyscanner cheapest month or I believe momondo came up a bit cheaper when you know the exact dates to plug in. For example I see GVA-NRT for $444 on TK ex/ 11/19-28 using momondo. It will take you to a cheaptickets.ch site (Switzerland) and end up in 416.27 CHF which is ~$444 USD. I forget which one was exactly $420... late night deal hunting and wine sipping.

I think JNB-NRT on QR should be split into a different thread from the European airports.

I'm seeing BUD-NRT for 450 euros through April. Nice find.

You're probably right. Should I just make a new thread or does an admin have to come do it?
