Def hoping this comes up again next year. I'm kinda booked up for this year and this prices out to $1200+ CAD in 2016.
FWIW, 60 mins is totally fine for PTY. Small-ish airport, CM runs the show there and no customs clearance necessary when transiting. If both flights are on time, you have a chance to stop in to the Copa Club or grab a quick bite also.
