AA: DFW-ORD; ride the Dreamliner for $80 !!

Catch a morning ride on the Dreamliner and do a same-day turn for $80.

In late May - early June, seat-maps look wide-open so you should have a good chance at an upgrade.

Return flights (at this low price) are limited to the evening hours, so you're looking at a long day at the airport (or, go catch a ballgame).

Sample date: 27MAY - 27MAY.

You can do an ITA search for aa2320 on the outbound; aa2332 starting 04JUN.

On 26MAY for example, you can fly the Dreamliner to and from ORD for $80.

But, I didn't say/imply that the return was on the 787.

Yes, there might be a few dates (such as 26MAY) where it's available, but you may have to accept a S80 for most dates.

For those of us with status that'll actually have the upgrade clear, its a great way to have an international J seat for $80 RT. I'll give it a whirl. For $80, how can you go wrong?

It's decent but not the big deal that is being made out of it, especially for a short flight. The 77W J is just as good IMO and for ORD-DFW you might get better service on a narrow body.

Good fare though ...
