So for some dates in 2015, from KUL to somewhere in Europe, there are fares for $300+ (in some currency)...

How about some actual details? Date ranges, cities, booking class, minimum stay, etc

I actually saw this in another blog/group but just wanted to share here. It is probably suited for travelers more than MRers anyway :/ Edited the thread title a bit to avoid confusion, sorry abt that!

I booked in for a mate in NOV and added a final destination as sydney for a extra $150

CX discounted economy usually earns 0 on AA

Thanks for this tip - I just booked the following:

23 Aug - BKI - HKG (KA)
4 Sep - HKG - GLA via LHR (HKG-LHR in BA Prem Eco)
19 Sep - BCN - HKG via LHR (BA)

2 pax for just HK$7514 inc all taxes via Expedia HK, plus a more-or-less free trip to Malaysia.

Just saved myself around HK$10,000 so thanks again!
