Thanks to the OP. Just booked for late April into mid-May. $567 Plenty of time to figure out positioning and if I'm going to nest something to go somewhere else as well.

This is tempting but it would require a positioning flight and I'm already doing the UA Island Hopper DOish thing at the end of January.

stopovers in Seoul are still easy to get on this fare.
side note. you can combine this with a stopover in SYD on the return for $1208. 2 typically expensive destinations in one ticket if you have the time...Still quite good for anyone looking to hit Bali and Australia at once considering tickets run north of $1500 on any given occasion for either place.

Deal is still active and I can get the tickets to price out via Orbitz properly. I have not, however, been able to add a stopover. I need to make one in HKG, which should be possible. Has anybody had success? Suggestions for making this work?

The fare is truly amazing but, being greedy, I was also looking for DL medallion miles.
I don't see any routing into and out of DPS where the fare class would yield miles for those two legs? At least according to my read of DL's partner tables.
I'd love for somebody to prove me wrong.

Go all the way to booking page where the fare have to verify and recalculate by the issuing system.
Price will adjust accordingly to 500ish.
If not make sure everything book in to V on all segment.
