AA (&DL/UA/US*) SFO-SJU $389 Sept-Nov
Given the under $300 fares for same last year, not the best of MR deals but a good one for those closing in on desired status this year: AA $389 mid-week fare in Sept, Oct, Nov for SFO-DFW-MIA-SJU-MIA-SFO for same-day turns, & in Oct&Nov, a few weekends at $399. Miles 7250/$0.054 & if ExP, total is 14,518/$0.027. First week of Dec had a few but at the $399 price. I'm sure other routes with more mileage at same or slightly higher price might be available.
DL, UA & US were slightly higher $393/392; didn't suss out routes/mileage
UPDATE 9/13: TFD posted new AA RT $364 AI fare for month of NOV. Found it for same day returns up to 11/19, then fare goes up. Pretty much same routings as before, although TFD posted a BGI connection, but didn't see that option. UA, US & DL still pricing same as before.

DL SJC-SJU $363.20 Sept-Nov
DL $363.20 SJC-SJU roundtrip. Can route SJC-LAX-JFK-SJU on the outbound and SJU-JFK-SEA-SJC on the return for 9286 MQMs

Did you make up new rules? CPM can be used for both EQM and RDM and while it wasn't completely clear in the OP, there's no reason why you can't include total miles (base, elite bonus, other bonus) in the value of a MR. Not everyone does MRs for status.

Price has gone up for the days I chose. You can use October 4th-October 7th return for $394.20. Don't forget to register for the 2500 mile Caribbean promo. I did a similar run SFO-SXM last weekend and netted 9,031 MQMs and 22,820 RDMs with the promo and almost scored a $400 SFO-ATL bump if not for the 2 passengers that didn't show up for the flight.
