Not sure if anyone has posted this yet. Sounds like a fun long weekend, especially for the Thursday flights.

Departures most Mondays and Thursdays

7,058 PQM credited to UA/CM MileagePlus

$234.00 PQD (3.3 CPM)

Sample dates:

That is an amazing fare. I so wish I could book this. I hope it stays out there for a couple of hours. I am going to Try to find something in November . I've been trying to get to Guyana for some time now. This looks like a neat trip for a great price with great cpm.

Great fare to a fantastic destination. For anyone going and interested in going, I really enjoyed the old house and rooms in Rima Guest house. Shared baths and all that, but really pleasant.

Insane fare. Considering I paid $313 for DEN-EWR RT last week.

In my experience with CM as a UA Gold, I was upgraded 100% of the time through PTY as well when doing SCL-PTY-EWR. 6/6 legs total upgraded.. sometimes from K.

Please be gentle - I'm new. Is there a good resource for visa info somewhere ? Or if nothing noted, nothing needed ?

Thank you OP!
A very fortuitous find for me to bolt it on to an existing SFO-WAS DL mistake fare booking.

Anybody have sample itineraries that avoid the overnight in PTY on the return?

Thanks!

I priced October 6-10 which is a normal connection on the return GEO-PTY-IAD, though in that case the outbound requires a PTY overnight. Since I've never seen the Canal, that's not a bad thing for me. YMMV.

Depart 03 November
Return 07 November
Can have an overnight or not on the out bound. Can have a 1h26m stop on the return.

If memory serves, there is a command in ITA to eliminate the display of overnight flights or long connections.

Great post, great deal, dumb response (why not thank the OP for sharing, with explicit detail for anyone who takes the time to familiarize him/herself with the simple acronyms on this board?) . Went to GEO a couple of years ago and it's a worthwhile destination for a few days or a week if you are not just in it for the miles. Not GEO itself so much as the various falls and river lodges worth visiting.

Any thoughts of things to do in Guyana for 3+ days? It seems pretty sparse.

On advanced routing codes, enter /maxconnect [mins]. Let say you want to have a connection of no more than 3 hours, you would enter /maxconnect 180. If you want to have a minimum connection time, you would do /minconnect [mins]
