Great find for SFO/SJO-based MP members! Availability in Sept, October with routings via EWR on UA metal, at $533-$542 a i.
Beware the odd LH segments, K class earns no miles.

Nah...I'm in Norway now. And while meals can get expensive - moreso if you drink a lot - there are some good options which are reasonable, too. Not much in the way of cheap, but definitely some reasonable.

No,no,your horribly wrong. You can still eat well in Oslo for about 400 bucks,that is if you go easy on the wine,ofcs!! The hotels are actually not expensive at all,compared to f.instance Manhattan.

Seriously,Im Norwegian,and,eating reasonably tasty food,particularly for lunch,is not spectacularly expensive.Fancy restaurants ARE spectacularly expensive,400 usd with wine is not uncommon for a tasting menu with matching wines. At weekends midrange hotels are downright cheap compared to many European capitals.

I might just do that! However...is there any way to add a stopover anywhere else for $100? I think TFD was saying you can...but I haven't tried.
