I booked one of these runs out of ORD for $823. I threw in a three day stopover in NRT for an extra $100. Routing ORD-IAH-NRT-CGK and back for just shy of 22,400 RDM.

NH's 773 ER for NRT-CGK has the fixed-back seats in Y, which I prefer, but maybe some of you do not.
More advice: immigration queues at CGK are always slow, so if you're even half-awake by the time you land dart to the Visa on Arrival queue first, then hurry to immigration.
