AF sent an e-mail out about a sale with some pretty reasonable deals. The best I could find was IAH-CAI routing through SLC and CDG in both directions, which books into V and generates 16,542 MQM for $813.30 ai, or 4.92 cpm. Sample dates 11/17-11/25, with a 23+ hour layover in CDG on the return.
