works for other departure cities as well but Hawaii seems to be the lowest CPM

Best routing I've personally found is HNL-IAH-ORD-MUC-CDG-MUC-ORD-IAH-HNL all on UA metal except MUC-CDG on LH.
19516 miles for 700.

$628 rt to AMS from HNL was showing a minute ago. Still available from SAN but HNL went down two minutes ago.

Anyone finding a 0-1 night stay? I see around $800 X: SAN but it's all 2 night stay

Looks like you need a Sat. night for the $628 from SAN. And then only Tue, Wed. and Thu.

Fare rules state Sunday night stay required
Outbound allowed Sunday - Thurs
Return allowed Monday - Thrusday
Shortest is leave US Thursday and leave CDG on Monday
