This is quite the price... SEA-JFK 185$ all in Delta metal, I found it 10/18 Departure, 10/20 Return.

Wow.

Abundant options into middle of November.

Did it bring down the I/Z fares?

Not that I saw.

Looks like you have to plug in Roundtrip not one way for fare to show up!!

the weekend mileage jog fares have disappeared (e.g. going out on Friday night and returning on Sunday night)

This also works in reverse, JFK-SEA.

I was able to get an open jaw: JFK-SEA, LAS-JFK. Priced at $285 with the outbound in V. Would have been $185 with the V return from SEA.

I would respectfully disagree, if your opinion is mainly based on the minimum stay requirements as you have posted. A zero night stay with red-eye is available on a number of dates Ex-SEA. Nov 2-3 SEA-JFK-SEA would be one weekend example.

Had to search by schedule in order to pull it up. Platinum by MR... At least for one more year.

Both hipmunk.com and google.com/flights will feed the red-eyes to delta.com. Just tried it for Nov 1 ret. Nov 2, and it worked just fine. $185.80 round-trip.

I'm using matrix and can't find that fare anywhere. Is it still there?

The lowest round-trip fare on DL for SEA-NYC is VF10A0WP ($319 before taxes and fees). Checked in EF.

Many thanks to the OP for posting this deal. With some persistence and patience was able to finally get 3 tickets @186 to NYC at the end of September for my family (weekend trip to NYC!). All traveling on the same plane, no connections, and perfect Friday outband and Sunday evening return :). Needed a fourth which I also got for about $10 more, but that one would connect in CVG on the way to NYC (same return as others), so... Will be my first SDS/SDC attempt after the new rules came into effect.

Can I claim credit for booking a daytrip into JFK mid-Sep as the catalyst for this special fare? Or can James Turrell, whose exhibition was a glowing light for this DL-enabled moth?
