UA: BWI - PDX ~239ai

This isn't quite as good as WAS - PDX deals earlier in the year but if you missed those (like I did), here is another opportunity.

Per "The Flight Deal" BWI - PDX $239, select dates August 26th - Nov 1

Seeing some 0 and 1 day turn availability including weekends (and red-eyes)

With routing and mins can get down to ~4.2 CPM or better

For some reason feel like this deal comes around fairly often. Did it once from NYC, quite a commute from NYC down to BWI not sure if I recommend. Pdx is fun!!

Yeah I've heard great things about PDX and in this case, I found availability on a 545pm Friday night with an 1049pm Saturday night return so no need to take days off, now just need to pick a restaurant to eat at on Saturday night before heading home

Best Northwestern cuisine I've found here in Portland: http://woodsmantavern.com/

Fare appears deceased.

Those of you coming to visit us here in PDX, don't hesitate to send me a PM for restaurant reccs. Best to tell me what you like or don't like (vegans don't bother). Been privileged to write about Portland restaurants for local media for many years.

I think this deal comes almost every month or two (the most popular BWI transcon deals on UA are to SAN, but we get a lot of the other cities too). Sometimes cheaper, but lately a little bit above $200. I've flown it at least annually for several years. PDX is a nice long weekend destination if you're leaving the airport. I try to go in September and do some hiking.

DL has matched. The best part about this fare is that it is available on weekends for anyone wanting to make a mileage jog. I couldn't find any on weekends for the earlier cheaper fare.
