Who cares. At that low a CPM a positioning flight and vacation will make it around 5cpm. Hard to have a fun run and earn that much at that good a price!

So... I live in MSP and I'm primarily DL. Can I book the IAH to SJC, which has a layover via MSP, and just complete 2 of my 4 flight legs?
I have some eCredits to burn, and $158 is cheap to get me to SJC and back...

Thanks for clarifying. Since I have vouchers to burn with DL, I might just call UA and ask for a challenge. Then pay the $156.60 for the UA: MSP-IAH-SJC round-trip, departing Friday and returning Tuesday. Then, use my voucher with DL to get the SJC-ATL-IAH round-trip departing Sunday and returning Monday to sandwich them together.
Interesting... my total cost would be $156.60 + food and hotel, for a total of 5k DL MQM, 10k DL skymiles, and 5k UA PQM and either 5 or 10k UA AM, depending on whether they match my DL status.
Time to research who I know in SJC to help off-set hotel costs
