  • Fare feels too good to be true? Don't call the airline!!!!!!
  • Double check that the fare is actually in Business or First as some online search engines or OTA's confuse booking classes on some airlines.
  • Post as many details as possible about the First / Business fare, including fare class, fare basis, one-way / roundtrip, sales channel, sample dates & total price, including taxes.
  • Post the details within the thread itself and not in the post title field as any information typed here cannot be seen by members accessing the thread using mobile devices.
  • Refrain from posting fare requests or engaging in off topic debates such as fare trends, specific aircraft configuration or visa requirements
  • The deeply discounted international fares discussed here are almost always specific to a certain country of origin, so don't ask if it works in reverse (e.g. a SFO-LHR-SFO fare usually won't work LHR-SFO-LHR). Domestic fares more commonly work in reverse.
  • Last, but not least, Don't call the Airline!

This is I7SALE as posted previously. Tomorrow 21 Feb is the last day for it. 7-day advance, begin on/before 30 Sept 13, min/max Sunday/3 months. No cancellation, no stopover, EUR 300 change fee.

Valid from many starting points in Europe but ex-Italy fare has a lower YQ/YR (true of many/all ex-Italy fares, probably government mandated.)

Looks like it is pretty much MAD for now. Too bad it's only for summer travel.

Indeed, looks like this fare is not available from NYC area.

Another AF sale (in the wrong direction for me but may be useful for some)

- book by 28 Feb
- fly between 01 Mar and 30 Apr (no advance purchase listed in the email offer)
- YYZ-CDG $2599 and YYZ-DEL $3199 with various destinations in between

Not as good as the US sale but for last minute travel this may be useful to someone.

Of course -- the markets are completely different. Unlike US domestic fares, international fares are rarely valid in both directions.
