- Fare feels too good to be true? Don't call the airline!!!!!!
- Double check that the fare is actually in Business or First as some online search engines or OTA's confuse booking classes on some airlines.
- Post as many details as possible about the First / Business fare, including fare class, fare basis, one-way / roundtrip, sales channel, sample dates & total price, including taxes.
- Post the details within the thread itself and not in the post title field as any information typed here cannot be seen by members accessing the thread using mobile devices.
- Refrain from posting fare requests or engaging in off topic debates such as fare trends, specific aircraft configuration or visa requirements
- The deeply discounted international fares discussed here are almost always specific to a certain country of origin, so don't ask if it works in reverse (e.g. a SFO-LHR-SFO fare usually won't work LHR-SFO-LHR). Domestic fares more commonly work in reverse.
- Last, but not least, Don't call the Airline!

Just booked this to travel on Oct 2. Books into A (domestic portion) and I (international portion). Outbound already confirmed into first class on the 773. Return waitlisted. I'm not sure what the fare rules are.....I am staying over a Saturday night. I just stumbled onto this fare.

You can find it actually as low as $1844 a/i also on AA to CNF on matrix for business

Go to matrix.itasoftware.com, put in the origin and destination. Flexible date search. Put in the number of nights you would like to stay and the earliest date you can leave. Hit the search button, then sit back, relax, and enjoy your flight.

Here is one for grins. NOTE: As I understand it you would NOT earn elite qualifying AA miles for this.
Fiji Air
DFW - LAX - NAN - SYD. $3,698.10 rt /ai. Books into Z so 25% bonus for redeemable AA miles.
Dec 6th - Dec 8th. Looks like a 1 hour turn which is nuts. Not even sure if it's possible to clear customs (or if you would even have to).
Looks bookable on Orbitz.
The LAX - NAN - SYD flights are on A330-200 so I think that's the new biz class seat but buyer beware.
I'm passing on this but should make for good conversation.
